A seminar was held in America by Dr. Abdul-Azeez and Qari Imran Khan to give detailed information and the techniques in delivering Adhaan (call to prayers) to young and old.   This seminar was very successful and a recording of it was issued in .mpg format by the seminar organisers at the time.   It was felt that the seminar carried a subject of an importance in a Muslims life style and routine.  This prompted to make a slide show to highlight the topics and a tool that can be used as a teaching aid at a religious school (madresaa- مدرسة ) or at home for a personal education.

The duration of this show is 1 hour 20 minutes with the sound track of the seminar.    The Show is divided into four parts within the DivX file to ease references to the subject of interest. These are

1 - Call to Prayer (Adhaan)   2 - Excellence of Adhaan   3 - Answering Adhaan   4 - How to deliver it

 This instructive and educational presentation was made in America by a well known Aalim Shaikh Kamal who specialised in giving and instructing on the most important subject of Muslim Culture the “LAST RITES”. As there are variations on this issue due to the location, conditions and minor cultural differences, the presenter adapted middle of the road approach which covered most important aspects of the final rite for a deceased. The demonstration is mainly in English but in some of the issues, the commentary is in Arabic. This is due to requests from Arabic speaking audience,

The DIVX method was adapted as to introduce chapters of events and to ease learning of the Rites. The total length is approx. 2 hours and with disk capacity of 687 MB. (a divx vcd). Our only hope is that it does not cause unnecessary debates due to minor differences within the program and hoped it becomes a rough guide line for the most of the Muslim Community. Needless to say that we will await your comments. It will be kept on or off  on this site as per the majority of the views received.
